Self-reflection: Conversations with myself

to where you fall from God's favor. God forgives, no matter what. And if we are unforgiving of another, God will not forgive us.

Everytime you let go of something, you cross a bridge, and the path is made straighter. If you're dealing with impure thoughts or anger, ask yourself out loud, Why? then carry on your conversation coming up with the answers. Why do I feel this way, why do I still feel so much anger? Reason it out in your mind, and you will come up with the answer. If you can't get into your own mind, then who can?

If you need to holler or scream, go to a lake or to an open field and scream to your hearts content. You'd be surprised how much more relaxed you will feel. I learned that from my councelor to. People that hold things inward, are more apt to become violent. If people hear you, they will just think you've lost it, so get it out, and make yourself feel better.

Talk to yourself. Cry to wash away the pain, and to cleanse soul. Yell and scream if need be, but release all of the turmoil in your inner person.

We need to stay in constant contact with our inner self, as we are the only one's who know how we, as individuals feel inside. People will tell you, "Oh, I know exactly how you feel." God love them, they really don't, but they care enough to try.

When I'm in my self conversation, I eventually find myself talking to Jesus, especially if I have to deal with a wrong thought. They say, an idle mind is the devil's workshop, and how true that is. So make your self conversations pure in your thinking, short in what you're dwelling on, and reason away all negative thoughts.
