Well, if you need a good night of sleep, and haven't had one for a long time because of aches and pains, you should try Advil PM. I didn't wake up in the middle of the night like I usually do, and when I woke up, I didn't feel as drowsy as I thought I would after taking a sleep-aid. Throughout the day though, I did feel a little sluggish but not as much as after taking other sleep-aids. Also, some days I didn't feel comatosed at all as the day went on.

So, if you are looking for a safe non-prescription drug that will just help you sleep a little and not have dramatizing effects on your body, Advil PM is the right choice. It's safe, you only need to take one tablet, and when it makes you fall asleep, it keeps you asleep. So, go on and try Advil PM and see the results for yourself.
