old.) Maybe an innocent introduction by a friend or buddy? How about an "electronic" connection through a dating service? Place of worship meeting? Some other type of "common ground" arena? I'm STILL willing to wager the REST of my bus fare that sex, good looks, smooth talk, "smell good" stuff, fancy footwork or just plain dumb luck threw you together with your "perfect match", right? (Been there, done that.)

Am I wrong? In many cases I'm certain that I am, but for the MOST part, all one has to do is take a look at two things to substantiate my attitude. First: how many dating services do you imagine are out there looking to make a buck by finding your "perfect match" for you? Five? Ten? Fifty? Just good business, I guess. Next: how about the massive divorce stats that reflect the truth of what's REALLY happening out there in lullaby land? What about separations that didn't make the news? (I'm not talkin' about show business types, mind you.)How about physical, verbal, mental or sexual abuse of your mate? Yeah, I know, you think I'm a meat-head or I just don't know what I'm talking about, right? YOU are probably one of those few that a "perfect match" actually worked for. Well, good for you! Now we can move on to the next fifty people that it HASN'T work for! Pick up the paper on ANY day in ANY city in ANY part of the world- take a look at the personals; man, woman, black, white, gay, lesbian or any OTHER combination of folks STILL looking for the "perfect match." Get it? The question? HOW TO FIND YOUR PERFECT MATCH. The answer? You tell me!
