As the day had drew to and end,
I knew that father did not intend,
To so the thing that made Rex run,
To do the deed that had been done.
It was just one kick,
That made Rex Bleed
That made me sick,
That made me plead.
I pleaded for father to let me out,
To find my pup Rex who was just running about.
Running about in this cruel world,
But as soon as i found him, i nearly hurled.
The things that i saw were to sick to describe,
Just a car, a road, and my little pup that had died.
As the day drew to an end,
I knew i had lost my best little friend.

Poetry: Losing a pet
A cat will slink into your life,
And while you aren’t looking
Will steal your heart with their
Silly antics, their
Beneath the branches, soil and roots,
I laid thee.
The sorrow I felt, my heart heavy with
every movement of the shovel.

The sense of loss - I miss her fur
My brain makes picrtures, I see here there
My heart

My sweetest darling Sammy
I love you and always will

by lily frost
Her name was Sweetpee.
She was my first Yorkie.
Her age was barely in year three.
She was the dearest pet, I ever had.
