The block color trend (which means that basically your outfit will consist of a composition of clothes in different colors, completely different one from another) was taken in consideration this spring also by the famous shoe designers world wide, creating original, interesting sandals with parts in different colors.

Manolo Blahnik created sandals with thin straps in burgundy and topaz patent leather, Stella McCartney did a pair of asymmetric strappy sandals in black and coral, while Fendi propose flat sandals in a rainbow pallet of colors.

Christian Louboutin goes as always for a sleek look, with a pair of wedges in colors like hot fuchsia and black patent and Bally opted for pearl, black, coral and sand to color their shoes from this spring collection.

They all agree what seems to me obvious: multicolor straps look better in patent, a trend that transitioned from fall to spring, and is always presented in catwalk presentation and in the magazines.

As how to wear such shoes (because you have to admit that more that one color in a pair screams a little bit of trouble)... A good plan is to choose one main color from your shoes, and pair it with tights in the same shade. You can simply wear a mono-color outfit, besides a few drops of color in the straps of your shoes. Or choose some details (a brooch, a pendant, a scarf) to match the other colors (besides the main one).

Or you can try to match such a vibrant pair of shoes with dark jeans. The result will be quite glamorous and chic, the patent multicolor straps bringing substance to an otherwise simple pair of jeans.

Or if you are bold enough, try some more. Pink and black shoes, pink and black dress. Be very careful, but with the right proportion it can be a style that will definitely bring you to everybody's attention.
