When the noise of the world gets so loud that it pierces,

Words... like autumn leaves
Blowing in the wind
Ever rustling on the edge of our consciousness
Falling but never staying

Words on a paper,
Piercing my heart.
My eyes blur before me,
As I read the words, words, words.....
Spelling it all out before

I danced with the devil,
Because he fed me a line,
Words upon words,
Mixed with rose colored lies.

Words of deception,
Flowed

Struggling words......

Laying on a back of moss
I am torn to be free,
Is it a day for my poet
Or the man in me?
