Hillary Clinton's foreign affairs positions

I believe you should really get to know a candidate before you make an evaluation of their positions.

From listening to Hillary over a year or more, I've found many inconsistencies that makes her either a flip flopper or a "woman" who changes her mind like the wind. I don't think I want a President who flip flops because that's a very unstable position to be in.

As a matter of fact, she indicated in 2006 that using nuclear weapons in Pakistan should be taken off the table. But now, she is indicating that her previous position was a terrible mistake. So, at this point, will she consider blowing Pakistan off the map or what?

She makes these whimsical statements where she reverts totally opposite of what she has said in the past and don't think anybody will notice, I guess.

I remember in her first or second debate last year, she thought Obama's stance on talking with the various leaders in other countries was a bit naive and dangerous because she felt that it might not be safe to meet with them personally, but she would send an envoy instead to test the waters, so to speak. And now, she has flipped on that issue also.

I can name other points from the debates that shows her answers as being whatever she feels the people want to hear at that time but nobody seems to notice. I wonder why!

It makes me think that she really don't know what she's going to do next. Flip flopping that much can be bad for the country especially if she flips one time too many. I don't think I want to trust a woman who tries to please everybody and pleases no one in the process with her unsteady approach to very serious issues that could mean life or death.

And to realize that she came into the debates with a strong "I can go into the office on day one ..." - right! And in the beginning, she never mentioned a word about "change" at all. That was Obama's campaign slogan. But now, guess what? She is the "change agent" and that's all she can talk about now. She took the slogan and now she owns it. Everything somebody says that is met with approval by the people, she adds it to her repertoire like it was her original idea.

I don't know why the media hasn't picked up on this. It makes me wonder if they are biased or what. Or, maybe it's just that they don't want their heads chewed off by Bill. You know, you don't "mess with Bill", no no no no! Don't mess with Bill... Leave my Billie alone....

If you want to know what a person will do in a real crisis, get a good look at their background to see what they have done in the past. Check each candidate's past to make sure you know the person a little more than you think you do if you want a good President, one that's secure on foreign affairs especially.
