How to survive a zombie Apocalypse

Authors comments
Let's be honest, and sort a few things straight. In majority of guides and rumours as well as social group sayings, there is a very slim chance that you will be able to obtain range or firepowers i.e. semi automatic pistol. Firstly where are you going to get it? Except for a few places of course, which could be overrun with the undead. Secondly, if by some chance we do get overrun, and you have a good feeling we will do sooner or in the distant future then for your sake, start preparing and follow the guide to give you an edge in survival.

Preparation food galore
Castles did not win by weapons, but by the chicken leg and the roasted duck. So it's best to start collecting and buying food. But not just food, as most of the foods nowadays will rot and not taste good after a few months or a year. So therefore, I recommend buying
-meat jery
-dry meat
-make your own bread kit
-high fibre cereal
-dry fruit
Remember to try and ration the food. It's best to make your own food "schedule" which you can only eat X amount of food each day. When scheduling your food, remember to divide the content of each particular food part into parts. Such as 10g of porridge oats per day from a 200g packet. Try to eat two food groups to try and mainatiain a healthy body system, which is vitally important in doing anything and tasks.
It is not just food that you will need. Not everyone lives forever from food but also with water. Therefore, if you can buy lots and lots of bottles. Small litre bottles prefably which you can carry easily and ration it per person. It is recommended that you drink a 1/5th of a typical water bottle each hour. It may seem allot (or too few by some fo you) but this is neccassary in processing the right amount of water in prevention of dehydration.
HELPFUL TIP Do not store food on one particular area or in a object i.e. a cupboard. As in case of any situation like a breakthrough through your defences or are now being chased by the undead hoard, you will not have time to quickly grab all your food and water rations so if by any chance you survive after a zombie encounter, you will have nothing to nibble or drink. So always keep YOUR food and drinks rations on you at all times. Wear a custom made belt or any belt and attach your food and drink rations.

Location location location
In preparation, or in the sudden course, you will of course need to find an appropirate defense location or a "safe house". I cannot help you here properley, but can give you helpful
