Here are some simple tips to do daily that will keep you glowing.
1) Apply moisturizer with an SPF added all year round. The best moisturizers to be found at the beauty counters already have one built in to protect the skin against UV damage. You don't have to spend a fortune to get the vital protection that your skin needs. Those powerful rays can do damage even on the dullest days, so start slathering on your SPF and sustain looking younger for longer.
2) Use a body brush for a few minutes before your morning shower each day to shift cellulite and help you regain your youthful glow. The sweeping action of the dry brush helps lift impurities and because you are working directly on your lymphatic system, you are also stimulating circulation, which helps speeds up the release of unwanted toxins from inside your body.
Continuously brush the skin when it is dry, as wet skin becomes more sensitive, and start working up from the free, using long firm strokes. Remember to always brush in the direction of the heart.
3) Use a body moisturizer after your daily bath or shower as we tend to develop dry skin during the cold effects of winter and blasts of central heating. Scaly skin seems to worsen without correcting and there are a whole host of products available in every price range. So set aside a few extra minutes each for a softer and silkier you.
4) Drink two liters of water every day to flush out toxins and keep skin looking soft, supple and healthy. Remember that a person's body weight is made up of 45 79% water, so it is vital not to leave what is in your body stagnant and to it off with a fresh supply,
A simple way to check whether your body is getting the necessary supply of water to function efficiently is to keep an eye on the color of your urine. The clearer it is, the more hydrated you are.
5) Remove your makeup at the end of everyday. It is the beauty world's mandatory rule. There is nothing worse than putting your face to bed loaded with a full day's worth of dirt and dust. Just think how your clogged pores are going to feel by creating the perfect environment for a nasty breakout. Even if an elaborate beauty regime really isn't your style, cleansing properly is a necessity, so make some time before retiring to bed. A simple cleansing lotion or face wash should do the trick, followed by your usual moisturizer or night cream.
