Your thought reflects in your action. I hope you are a good natured person as you have come here to find out how you can help others. OK lets go to the question now. To start a charity you should first ask help from people around you who know you very well because people who are strangers eventhough they may be like you but may not trust you and spend. So it is better to ask your friends, family members and neighbours for help.
Your dedication and activeness in helping others will attract people like to join with you. This will grow your team and helpness in increasing the effectiveness of your help. If you grow your one-of-a-kind helping team and form an organisation you can gain popularity and help comes to you all over the world to help others who are in need.
Even you can start a website and collect donations also through the website. This helps people who will to help you but may not be able to reach you.
Finally the one important thing I say in common is "You may be good in your thought and action but we cannot say, who is good and who is bad by their speech and action, so it is important that we must be carefull even in helping others".
