Hungry and don't know what to make?
How about a quick healthy snack?
Natural potato chips.
1 potato per person.
Microwave directions:
De skin potato.
Slice potato into chips, put in microwaveable bowl.
Add water till half way submerged.
Add whatever spices you want if any.
Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
(If you want the chip softer keep in longer.)
Drain water.
Grab some ranch dressing or whatever you prefer.
A fork and enjoy.
Conventional oven:
De skin potato.
Slice potato into chips.
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Place potato slices in boiling water.
Continue boiling until desired consistency.
(The less this is cooked the more nutrients it retains.)
