With two potatoes, you can make veggie pattie. You can have it as appetizer or you can have it with burger. Try, I think you like it.
You need the following ingredients
2 medium sized potatoes, 5 minutes in microwave, peeled and mashed.
tsp mango powder/amchor powder
tsp gram masala powder
1 green chilly
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp butter
3 cup of vegetable finely chopped
1tsp chilly powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp fennel
1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
2 tsp cashewnuts
1 cup of breakcrumbs
Method of preparing
Cook the finely chopped vegetable in microwave for 2 minutes.
Heat the butter in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilly and cooked vegetables in it. Fry about 1 minute.
Then add gram masala powder, mango powder, chilly powder, cumin, fennel, and chopped coriander leaves and finely add the salt. Now mix it in mashed potatoes. And then add the cashewnuts. Now make a flat rounds using cookie cutter. Roll the rounds in butter and then in break crumbs. Keep in oven for 45 minutes 300 degree. Your veggie is ready.
You can have it with hot sauce\tomato sauce or you can have with the burger.
