there are many ways to get a rental car, for example you can often locate rental cars outside airports or you can get the hotel to arrange it for you, but the way you are getting the cheapest rental cars is to order them on the Internet. there are many sites on the Internet that we are going to have a look at now! we will visit the sites with cheap cars in almost every country in the world, lets take for example auto Europe:
http://www.auto-europe.co.uk/index.cfm?aff=GOOGLEN O&c=3229. here you can choose between many languages so that you can read it in you're own language. here you can order a rental car in every country from Andorra to Yemen! in Spain alone there is over one hundred places you can pick up you're car and you can choose to use the Car Hire Guides on they're sites (http://www.auto-europe.co.uk/car-hire/index.cfm). this is a big car rental service center were you only need to wright down you're destination and you're arrival time and thats it!

There are only two car rental businesses that i can refer you to with good countience: auto-Europe.co and Avis.com, that is because they have each their strong sides as for example both of them have a great reservation system with date, time, place and price.

Here i have made a list of tips and tricks for renting a car

1.If you are a member of frequent flier program, ask them if they have any discounts on car rental (some of them do).

2.Take a look on Internet, as there are car rental companies which offer their best discounts to on line shoppers.

3.Always ask for a confirmation number and have it with you when you pick up your car. For airport rentals, be sure to give the customer service representative your flight number and scheduled arrival time. If the flight is delayed, your car rental reservation will be preserved.

4.Be Careful of Upgrades - Car rental companies sometimes offer free upgrades to larger vehicles in order to save the more fuel-efficient vehicles for specific requests from those aiming to save money on gas. Larger vehicles will cost you more in fuel costs. If you want to save that money, decline the upgrade

5.If you took the car with a full tank of gas, make sure that you return it the same way, otherwise you might find out that you have to pay more for it, as many companies would charge you for the refueling service.
