Aging is a part of our life span that we don't have to worry. From conceptions to death, the stages we called the human being's life span. In these stages, everyone has to experience. We could conclude, aging is a part of life and it is natural.
To expand our knowledge about aging, we have to analyze why this is a part of everyone's life span. As everyone knows, life started from the time of conception. In a natural way, when male eggs meet with female eggs and develop into embryo, life is started. When the embryo develops inside the mother's womb, the next step to expect is the birth of a baby. Babies are vulnerable of every organism around them. Therefore, care should be rigid to let this baby grow up and to adapt its environment. As the babies grow up, learning is developed stage by stage as well, until they become teenagers. From teenager to adulthood, whether you like it or not, these stages will occur. On the adulthood period, a person is fully developed in both parental and environment influenced.
As we continue to discuss the aging issues, we have to understand that development of each individual differs in every phase. Some develop faster than the other. It depends also on its heredity development, environment influence or the immunity and adjustment as they grow up. The other factors of a person development are how he or she is being raised, where and what school he or she is educated and even what religion he or she is brought up. These factors have a great influence on how an individual's growth is measured.
Through an experienced and continue research of aging, we could say that aging is a part of adulthood stage. It is the late period of adulthood that the body is full of hardships while he or she is fighting the life burden within this period. As the body growth deteriorate, all the pains and aches and diseases taking over. The body has to make adjustments on how to fight the organism that attacking the aging process. As you experienced the puberty stage, the same process will occur in adulthood, only the changes are different or varies.
In general, aging is a natural process of individual's life cycle, not a medical issue. Yes, the process could be slow down by eating good food or doing proper exercise and through the medical guidance and advice. We have to accept whatever experience each one of us feel, it's natural. Therefore, make the best of it and continue to enjoy life in the best way.
