Ice cream, used properly, could bring about world peace.

I eat a bowl of ice cream before going to bed every night. The only time I won't is if we don't have any. And the only reason we wouldn't have any is if I ate it all. So, I am an expert witness here and I am prepared to testify.

THE HEAP O' CREAM
Ice cream was a big part of growing up for me. For a treat, if we were good, my dad would take me, my brothers and my little sister out for ice cream. We went to the "Heap o' Cream" old fashioned soda fountain for ice cream floats. So, I have always loved ice cream and it has always loved me. So, I've done my fair share of research, and here's what I've discovered.

FLAVORS
There are so many sinfully delicious flavors of ice cream, enough for every personal taste and preference. I live near the capitol of ALL ICE CREAM in Texas, where ice cream is a religion. It's such a big deal here because everyone eats ice cream all year long.

Ice cream makers are getting very creative with their flavor offerings. Wedding Cake, Tres Leches, Chubby Hubby and Cherry Garcia.

THE CHAMP
But my all-time favorite is the classic Rocky Road. It stands alone in a class by itself. It's everything I love in a sugar-waffle cone. It's a chocolaty, sugary, creamy, sensual pleasure with marshmallows and nuts.

I challenge any ice cream to fifteen rounds in the ring with Rocky. He is the undisputed undefeated World Federation Ice Cream Champ. And we all love a champ.

WORLD PEACE
What if all the world leaders got together in a big room and each had two scoops of Rocky Road in a waffle cone? Do you honestly think anyone would be talking about war, trade embargoes, weapons of mass destruction? Hardly! One and all would be thinking the same thing;
"Say, can I get another scoop of this Rocky Road?"
