Cars can have a bass system , under one condition. When driving the vehicle they don't have have the music blaring so loud for everyone to hear for all one hears from the sidewalk, parking lot, or just driving down down the street, one hears the body of the vehicle vibrating with rattling sounds.
Just think about the driver inside along with passengers. How can one converse without the eardrums bearing the high bass sounds of a deafen pitch. No wonder there are so many people with hearing problems. You don't have to be inside of a vehicle, you can be outside and it is just as bad. You can have bass in a car, just like having a stereo system hook-up within the home. If the bass is up to loud with the 'thump-thump' the neighbor in the building with knock loudly on the door to ask you to " turn it down!".

If you were at a drive-up window to take an order , loud bass playing, the vehicle rattling ,
the vibration beating against concrete. The driver speaking loudly into a speaker, meanwhile you are trying your best to take the order while gradually getting a headache from the loud noise as
