Talk about a double edged sword! The first answer would yes, they are many easy was to loose weight, including calling a place that will make and deliver your food. You can get a gym membership and haul your work out clothes to the gym whenever you go, through sleet and snow and hot days! Pay for all those miracle diet pills that actually tell to eat a good diet and exercise while taking those pills. All and all the hype about loosing weight is that they all make it sound so easy. Nothing that comes easy lasts!
So the correct answer is no; in the beginning it tough, it is intense. Is it worth it? Yes! You have to change your lifestyle. It's not impossible, it can be done.
First decide what you want to change about yourself. Get naked, yes naked and stand in front of a full length mirror. Be realistic to yourself, don't just say everything. Assess your body as a portion, remembering your upper body will show results faster than your lower body. With the exception of the latissimus dorsi, that's your back, it's a large muscle; the front or, corresponding group is your pectorals or pecks, in front for the stomach your abs; your arms are the triceps (back or the arm), biceps front of the arm, these are relatively small muscles. This means they will respond quickly.
Your lower body consists of the gluts, major and minor (your butt), the quadriceps (thighs), ham strings, calf, the sole.
Muscles groups are much more than this, but this is the general groups. Once these are active and you keep them active, they will tighten the beauty of this they will continue to burn calories even at rest!
Next buy a video for beginners. The idea behind this is simple, it's a workout partner that won't say no and is available 24/7. You can take breaks as needed. Once you get moving, you'll start to feel better and see a difference. Do a workout at least every other day; habits are hard to break, so work on making this a habit. You can even get videos just for upper, lower and abs; not to mention full body workouts. There are varieties also such as cardio, Pilates, weights, yoga. Rent them at first and decide what you like. Mix it up, muscle confusion works plus you won't get bored.
Next get rid of that cursed scale. It's only numbers; use a tape instead to track your progress. You may not see a weight loss but you'll feel it in your clothes.
Next is getting your diet changed. Fads don't ever seem to work. Lifestyle changes do.
