Good posture,that is the way the body is held up,especially the back,shoulders and head,is very important in young poeple.the back should be kept straight,shoulder pulled well back and the head held high.Everyone should learn to walk gracefully without twisting and bending the body.tall poeple,especially,should not allow their shoulders to become rounded.When standing,lift the head up,pull in the tummy and put the chest out.When sitting on a chair,support the back and sit up rather than lething the body learn forward.Good posture is important because.people look better when they stand up-right and move gracefully;keeping the back straight,especially when young,will mean less chance of back-ache in milddle and old age,it is more comfortable to maintain a good posture rather than slouching and learning;standing upright often shows that you have self-confidence.
