I have to say that I have usually gone to hotjobs.com first during the times that I was actively searching for employment and a quick poll of family and friends showed that they too wind up at this site because it is linked to our state job search site, PA JobFinder. This is nice that they are affiliates because it means that the jobs that we are looking for are local to us, and you can't say that about all of the other job search websites. I do recommend hotjobs.com. I think that it is a well rounded site, easy to use, and it does a good job of doing what it says it's going to do. So yes, I would say that they have upheld their mission "to be essential to job seekers by helping them advance their careers and employers by helping them build their workforce."
