The only way a sports team, any sports team can create a dynasty is if all the pieces of the puzzle fit, in other words as long as you keep the same players on the team happy with the right amount of money and the length of the contract and, of course if your team can stay away from the injury bug only then will your team be placed under the dynasty column.Take a look at the NHL teams of the '80's with the New York Islanders and in the '90's with the Edmonton Oilers, both these teams were dynasties in their era because of player and coaching staff loyalty. These players believed in what the coaching staff was preaching about how to win games and when you have that nothing can stop you from winning. The New England Patriots have won 2 Super Bowls, however not in consecutive order, mainly due to the personnel changes that have occurred in the last 5 or so years.Tom Brady may be a part of this team whether he chooses to stay with the team until he is ready to retire or is unfortunately forced to retire because of nagging injuries, it will all depend on the other cast of characters he has to support him.The Randy Mosses and the Wes Welkers of this team will stay on this team as long as they are happy not only with their contracts but with the direction the team is heading.Good teams are winning because of what the coaching staff is trying to instill into the players in what they believe is a winning combination. As much as some people dislike Bill Bilichick, he has brought a winning combination that no other team may see.It is difficult to go undefeated in one season, but because of what Bilichick believes in then so do his players. When players pack up their equipment and continually move from team to team there is never any continuity and unfortunately with high salaries being thrown in the faces of these players there will never be a dynasty anywhere in the NFL or for any sporting team.Players and owners of teams should take a long hard look at how the Patriots are doing it,especially this year, that it's not the money so much as it's the loyalty that will win you championships for years to come along with those dynasties.
