Looking for a low-budget Mexican Dip recipe that is sure enough to be a crowd pleaser at your next pot-luck party?,Then look no further. I have been to many pot-luck parties over the years, and a particular recipe that stands true at all the parties that I have attended, and it's also a budget friendly, low-fat recipe that will be the talk of the party. You do not need to spend long periods in the kitchen to create this delectable dip.
Depending on the size of crowd that you are seeking to please, you can create either a small portion of this Mexicali dip, or you can prepare an even larger portion that will serve anywhere from 2-40 hungry mouthes.
Here are the ingredients you will need:

Pour the entire contents of the salsa over top of the sour cream mixture(DO NOT STIR).

set aside for approximately 30 minutes.
After the required chilling time, set out a dish of Tortilla chips and display the Mexicali Taco Dip for the hungry guests to dip their chips in - Bon-Appetite. You now have a zesty hor'dourve that any age group can, and will enjoy.
Different variations and suggestions that you can try: Be creative
-Taco seasoning blended into the sour cream
-Green olives
-Finely diced green or Spanish onion
