Destin Florida's got it going on.

Destin Florida, located in the heart of the Florida Panhandle, is a sleepy little town that has an estimated three million tourists every year. People come to Destin for the incredible fishing, the beautiful weather, the sparkling white beaches and the small town charm that makes Destin what it is-your Destiny.

IF FISHING IS YOUR THING

Destin is called the "world's luckiest fishing village". While most of Florida was being discovered by Spaniards in the 1500's, what is now Destin was quietly waiting for someone to discover its charm. In 1845 Captain Leonard Destin discovered Destin, when he pioneered the local fishing industry.

Fishing is King here. For people that love to fish, you can go just about anytime, by either renting a boat, or pier fishing day or night:

Swoop I and II Deep Sea Fishing
Take a ride on one of the Swoops, which are party and fishing boats. The owner says you just might learn a thing or two about deep- sea fishing while you have a great time. They are located at Destin Harbor. Prices for boat rentals vary depending on boat size.

Angry Fish Charter Company
Here you can charter your own boat, and an able bodied Captain too. They provide everything you need to catch your prized dream fish. They also say you're not going to just catch bass here. Prices start at $120 per hour for 1 to 4 anglers. They are also located in the Destin Harbor.

BEACH LOVERS DREAM

This area is called the Emerald Coast for a reason; it's pristine, white, sandy, beaches and it's sparkling, emerald blue waters will have you saying, "I found paradise!" As soft warm breezes caress your face, and you feel the warm sun melt your troubles away, you'll soon realize that you can do a lot more than just soak up some sun.

While you're here why not go para-sailing, snorkeling, or surfing. View undersea life in a glass bottom boat, watch some of the many varieties of birds and feed some of the pelicans while you're hanging out. There are twelve beach access points such as Henderson Beach State Recreation Area, and Gulf Islands National Seashore.

IF GOLFING IS YOUR THING
It really is paradise here in Destin. Just think you can plan your entire vacation around golfing and even stay where everything is taken care of for you, while you do exactly what you want.
