Matching your career to your personality has so many advantages. Its advantageous to you, as you will enjoy your job and continue to succeed in whatever you endeavor to do. And it's also an advantage to your employer because a person who enjoys their job brings positive energy and enthusiasm to the workplace.

Maybe you're already in current employment but you're finding it's not for you, it may not be fulfilling and worst of all, not enjoyable. Comparing your personality to job choices just may lead you down the career track that suits you.

Now, in order to try and find the right career for you, you'll need to sit down and have a good hard look at yourself. Answer all the following questions honestly, analyzing your good points and the not so good.
