Lipozene is a widely publicized diet pill that made its debut in 2006. It was advertised to often on television commercials that it quickly become a popular diet pill. Essentially it is just a fiber pill since adding more fiber into your diet is a great way to help aid in weight loss. The company that makes the product is Obesity Research Institute LLC.
The name Lipozene makes most think of "Lipo" which is a procedure to take unwanted fat away. They are many other ways that you can include fiber into your diet to add in weight loss that are much cheaper and work just as good. Many people do not realize just what an important role that fiber plays in your diet.
Getting the recommended dose of daily fiber in your diet helps you stay regular and healthy. Fiber also helps prevent some cancers such as colon cancer. So making sure that you get a good dose of fiber in your diet can be very easy and not put a dent in your pocket such as Lipozene does.
Many foods that we eat contain a great amount of fiber and you probably don't even realize it. Here is a helpful guide to foods to eat to help include fiber in your diet....
Almonds and Brazil nuts ~ A great healthy snack that contains fiber.
Cherries ~ Inside and out cherries contain a good source of fiber.
Raspberries ~ A delicious fruit that gives you a great source of fiber.

Strawberries ~ Eaten fresh and incorporated into your diet adds a great source of fiber.
Apples ~ Leave the skin on! When you take it off you remove the fiber.
Spinach ~ Containing great amounts of fiber and iron it is great to add to your diet.
Green beans ~ A great source of fiber.
Beans of all sorts ~ We all know beans are a great source of fiber.
Swiss chard ~ Include this vegetable in recipes for added fiber intake.
Rye bread and crackers ~ Rye products contain the rye grain that contains a lot of fiber.
Broccoli ~ Eaten raw or steamed contains a great amount of fiber.
Brussels sprouts ~ Many people do not like this vegetable, but it has a hight level of fiber.
Whole grain breads and cereals ~ Switch to whole grain products instead of white bread and white flour.
Brown rice ~ Switch to brown rice rather then white rice for extra fiber.
There are so many other foods that contain a great amount of fiber that we all love to eat as well. So instead of snacking on unhealthy snacks that we know are not good for us try switching to foods that taste great as do great for our body at the same time.
