Research all you can about a low carb diet before making a decision. There is a lot more to it than just reading labels, cutting back on sugar and white flour. It's almost like joining a new religion. You should know everything about a low carb diet before you start.
The benefits are well worth the time it takes for the research.
You'll know what to expect and how to handle any "bumps in the road."
You won't panic when things don't feel "normal". You will know if what you feel is a good sign or a bad sign.
You'll be more involved with the whole process and your goals will be more solid.
You'll feel more confident.
