Green Chili Casserole

This is a "Walker family favorite. It is a quick, easy recipe that will fool your friends into thinking you know how to cook Mexican. The flavor is fairly mild, but you can always add more or hotter chilies, according to taste. This is a one-pan dish so clean-up is easy.

Ingrediente:
1 pound ground hamburger
1 can Campbell's Cream of Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken soup
2 small can mild diced jalapeos chilies
1/4 onion (optional)
Fry hamburger meat until done, Drain thoroughly.
Into hamburger meat stir the soups, onion, and chilies. If mixture is thick and hard to stir you can add 2 tablespoons milk. There is usually no need to spray the casserole pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Line a casserole pan with tortillas.
Spoon hamburger mixture on top of tortillas.
Layer the tortillas and hamburger until pan is full.
Cover with plastic wrap
microwave on casserole setting for 15 minutes.
Garnish with tomatoes and serve.
