keywords in the title tag at least one or more times.
2. Try to place your primary keywords at the start of the tag.
3. Avoid listing the same word multiple times in a row since some engines may penalize for this. Instead, use the keyword multiple times, but separate them by other words in your text. 4. Use both the longer form and the plural form of a keyword when possible. For example, if you use advertising in your Title tag, a search on advertising or advertise will yield a match on most engines.
5. Use Upper/Lower case lettering for keywords in general. For example, Buy Stuff Toys Here. People don't "read" text, they "recognize" words. That is people glance at words and recognize the words by the shape they see defined by the tops of the words. For instance, you can take a sentence in any book and cover the bottom half of the words. You will still be able to read the words with relative ease. If people recognize words by looking at the tops of the words, then sentences that start with just one capital letter and then lowercase letters will be easier to recognize and will get read first
6. Longer titles are generally better than shorter ones. However, shorter ones can be used if you need to better emphasize a keyword that you're having trouble ranking well with, or if that engine appears to favor pages with shorter titles.
7. Make your title interesting and "compelling" to the reader to convince them why they should click there.

Some engines ignore or largely ignore wording beyond the first paragraph or two. Having a short page goes much farther to improve your rankings with many engines than you might think, even if the keywords are not repeated very many times.
Experiment with repeating keywords up to six times and more on some engines. If this makes your page look bad, consider putting the keywords at the top of the page preferably in the same color as the background. That way nobody can see them but they should still get indexed. Warning: Some engines are now detecting wording in the same color as the background. You should not try to go overboard repeating the same keyword or
