Everyone has had a job or two that they absolutely hate. It is not the end of the world there are several things you can do when you hate your job. You must also recognize when it to late to do anything to improve you liking your job.

People who hate there job need divide their likes and dislikes on a piece of paper. Then go back to see what can be done to change the dislikes to likes. If other employees are the issues try addressing them to discuss the difference in a nice casual meeting. You will be surprised what a little communication can do. If it is your boss be careful, they do sign the paychecks. Communication is the key to success.

When the work environment is hostile it makes for long day, not for just you but everyone you encounter. When you hate your job your attitude towards the job shows weather you know it or not. You may be making other people hate the job because of negativity. Always have a smile. Smiling makes anyone feels better. Try to be courteous towards other employees. You may need those other employees for something critical one day.

There are also people that are going to hate their job no matter how hard they try to like it.
There comes a point when you dread going to work, your family is effected. When you hate your job you bring home all that negativity with you. Those negative vibes can take a toll on your personal life. When it gets to the point when you come home and complain everyday about your job there is only one thing to do. Start looking for another job. Please be kind enough to turn your two week notice in.
