Tons of fun and so much to do it could take a lifetime

Known for its crystal beaches and emerald water that whisk you away from the existing world, the fishing that is unbelievable and boating rivalling the planet Destin, Florida is so much more under the canopy.

There are endless water sports to fill your days: snorkelling, scuba diving, parasailing, fishing and all types of boating. Take a cruise, go dolphin watching, or lazy around floating to your heart's content.

The shopping is amazing, so many places to find treasures for yourself, family or home. Open-air malls, plazas, harbourwalks, quaint store fronts and major outlets filled with anything that you could desire.

This is more than just a beach front community. There are parks, zoos, sports centres galore, museums and history that can fill your family with pleasures unimaginable.

Fun and Animal Attractions:
BIG KAHUNA'S WATER PARK 1007 US Hwy 98 E, Destin
Dozens of slides, quiet pools and biggest manmade waterfall in the world. In the water there is a pirate ship, fun foundations, wave pool, pipelines, rapids, over 40 attractions. Out of the water there is a mini golf course, Grand Prix Raceway, Superspeed Raceway, Cyclone and Skycoaster.

TRACK RECREATION CENTER 1125 Hwy 98 E, Destin
Thrills and chills for all: Go-Karts with three different tracks: Slick Willy for fish tailing, Wild Woody is a 3-tiered wood track, and the classic track; Mini Golf with Surfin Safari fun; Bumper rides on car or boat; Kids Country with rides for the pint-sized; bungee jump, skyflyer, and arcade. There is also a concession area for filling your hunger from day filled fun.

Radio controlled cars race on open track. Open Monday Saturday 10am to 6pm.

GULFARIUM 1010 Miracle Strip Pkway, Fort Walton
Average time in the park is 2.5 hours, plenty to see: dolphin show, sea lion show, dolphin demonstration, penguin and otter feed demonstration. There is also The Dolphin Reef Gift Shop and Snack Bar for shopping and dining pleasure.
Open daily from 9am-4pm, park closes at 6pm. The 4pm show is not available between January 7 and February 15. The Park is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays during the winter months for maintenance.
Adults are $18.50, Kids 3-10 $11.00, Seniors $16.50, under 2 are free. There is a $1 discount coupon available online or at Destin-Fort Walton Beach Visitor Centre on Okaloosa Island. Webpage: www.gulfarium.com.
