In a recent article in the well known paper 'The daily sport' the name Kelly was in a survey. This survey showed that girls with the name Kelly were seen as 'easy'. Is it true or just a load of old nonsense. I don't know many Kelly's but I can promise that the ones I know are not 'easy'. Although Kelly Brook was on the page of the survey with the title ' Why Kelly Brook would sleep with you' I believe it to be just a harmless survey for fun.
There is more to the name Kelly though. Kelly is pronounced as KEL-ee. The origin is either English or Irish, the name being Kelly could mean 'of the celts'. As a surname, this name has belonged to actor and dancer Gene Kelly and actress Grace Kelly.
