Mandatory body building in elementary schools seems like it would be an excellent solution to bullies and petty theft of lunch monies. What better way to curb the delinquency of these few by empowering the other children. Empowering them indeed with the ability to curl a bullies head inside their massive bicep until his head pops like the pimples they will develop from the steroids that they will most likely be taking in order to boost their mini-machismo in the dog eat dog world of playground politics.

For the nay-sayer there is an easy alternative and children can be schooled about the dangers of improper steroid use. How it might adversely affect hormone production? How it supposedly causes roid rage and other undesirable side effects? More natural body building and healthy life styles that promote moderate muscle gain, a nutritious diet, and incorporation of cardio and flexibility training could be the plan for the nerdier or less physically inclined children but for the young Mr. Atlas wash board abs and a V shaped torso should be the standard.

This is best way to get rid of unsightly and frankly disgusting baby fat. Children over age 5 should be required to maintain a lean BMI of no greater than 5% fat. Anything more than this is unhealthy and difficult to look at and teachers should not be subjected to the pain of a porker in their class. Educators have enough hardship and disappointment to deal with why burden them further with children who can not bench press their own body weight or who are not motivated to knock out a few chin-ups on the monkey bars at recess.

It might seem as though this posting is aimed more at young boys and admittedly so. In order to rival their counterparts young girls should be required to undergo mandatory plastic surgery. Girls don't sweat so there is no point in making them. They however should not be let loose into society with out having to adhere to the same physical beauty standards as their male counter parts. Girls should be required to have liposuction, nose jobs, breast augmentation and any other necessary procedures so that they might fit societal standards of 34-24-36. It's in their best interest and will empower them and give them the confidence that they need to make it through the popularity contest that middle and high school are.

This is not about vanity but common sense successful, well rounded, desirable people have giant muscles or big breast. It's amazing that it's taken society this long to realize that this is a good idea. Like a wise plastic surgeon once said, "Why love your imperfections when there exists means for corrections?"
