Rolling a burrito can be a difficult task if you're not sure how to do it. I learned how to roll a burrito by working in a fast food Mexican restaurant. It's actually pretty easy to do. I will try to explain how to do it without boring you with meaningless details.
First before attempting to make your burrito, be sure you have a large enough tortilla to make your burrito. The best size is at least ten inches sometimes you can even find larger ones but ten inch flour tortillas seem to work just fine. Make sure you heat the tortilla in the microwave for 15-20 seconds, this makes the tortilla more pliable.
Lay your tortilla on a plate and place your filling somewhat off-center toward the side you'll be rolling from. Try to leave 1 1/2 to 2 inches on the outside ends of the tortilla. Now take the end which the filling is closer to and fold it over the filling. Pull back slightly toward you to gather the filling. Next fold your ends in and continue to roll the burrito. It's that easy.
I understand that folding a burrito can be tough if you don't know what you're doing, but this method always works. Just make sure that you always start with a warm tortilla and you shouldn't have any problems keeping your burrito together.
