Well who do you think you're fooling?
She knows what you think of her.
She hears it when you are talking
about the time that she held your hand.
When happily ever after is a thing you find inside
the people you know will see it, even if you try to hide.

So nobody else is perfect,
and she's not but she sure does try.
its not something that you'd predict
the way she always is on your mind.
You're living when you're around her, but alone you only survive.
the girl that you love will kiss you and you'll truly be alive.

So whisper sweetly, and sing it softly, and completely win her heart.
Or say it loudly, and tell her truly, that you want to play a part.
That you want a place beside her, and a place inside her heart.
