Late Dhirubhai Ambani's (Sole proprietor of Relaince group of companies (India)) dream has come true. He used to say that someday Cellphone will be added to the list of Physical needs of man. Physical needs are nothing but Food, Shelter and clothes. When he was alive, he launched his new mobile phone with the slogan ' Roti, kapada, makan and mobile'.(Roti means food, kapada means clothes, makan means shelter). Finally his dream came true.Now mobile has become our physical need. This has become the most essential need for kids and adults. There are various reason for adopting cell phone in our life style.

• Simplicity: Cell phone is very small and simple to carry and very easy to use. They just fit in your palm. That is why this small wonder has dominated other communication devices like land lines, fax, telegram etc and stood first in the queue. This is the primary reason for adopting cell phones in our lives.

• Availability: Now a days the rates of cellphones are so cheap that poor man can buy them. The availability of cell phones at much cheaper rates due to heavy competitions of various brands in the market is the another important reason to use cell phones in modern lives. They are available to all categories of people like rich, poor, middle class and even children.

• Fills the communication gap: Cellphone acts as a bridge between two persons and fills the communication gap. In to-day's hectic life everyone is busy. So they do not get time to even sit and talk. So this cell phone like oasis in desert, joins the two hearts to communicate , irrespective of their tasks and time-permit. Because you can use mobile while walking,running, eating and even when you are sleeping. So this another fundamental reason for adopting this small wonder into our life styles.

• Secure Feeling: Mobile gives secure feeling. Just give a call and know where is the person you are looking for. This reduces lots of unnecessary tensions and makes mind tension free and gives feeling that other person is safe and secure. Really when our family members or friends do not reach the home at proper time, generally our mind fills with lots of unnecessary tensions. But cell phone helps as a tension-free agent by telling you their status. How nice…!
