Appropriate Text message has the capacity to unite two hearts. Similarly In-appropriate text message has capacity to break even two bonds. So before sending any message we must follow some important rules.
1. First you need to consider the person whom you are sending text message.
a. If the recipient is elder then send him/her simple and short message that can be understandable easily.
b. If the recipient is kid you have to send the message in keeping your kids communication language in mind.
c. If recipient is your girl friend/boy friend you can send some personal messages. No grammar is required. Because , everything is fare in love and war. You can also send text messages that tease them depending upon their nature and mentality.
2. In all above cases the messages you sent should tell them how important they are for you.
3. Try to respond immediately as early as possible upon receiving message. This makes the bond more firm and strong.
4. Use grammar and polite language in the texts that you send to your boss.
5. Use telephone or e-mail for lengthy explanations. Avoid sending SMS in such cases.
6. Never send messages that hurt others.
7. Never pass on unhealthy or slang messages that reach your mobiles from anonymous people.
8. Type the text without any spelling mistakes.
9. Try to avoid sending messages at the midnight. This disturbs sound sleep of others and leads to unnecessary disputes and tensions. If it is really urgent make a call.
