Ideas for good businesses with little capital investment

Cash in on used cars, without buying any!

Ever been in the market for a used car? Remember going to lot after lot trying to find the best deal, and then on the 17th lot, giving up and just buying the best one on that lot because you couldn't remember where you saw the one you really liked? Sure would be nice to be that 17th lot all the time right? Heres a way for you to cash in on peoples inpatients. Go to a used car lot, as a matter of fact, go to a lot of used car lots. Offer to take a picture of the top 20 cars on their lot, get the vehicle's make, model and price, and then put them onto a flier with the companies contact information. (I would actually take pictures on one lot of a few cars when the lot is closed (during the day) and then make up the rest of the info and out them onto a flier so that you have a sample flier). Then go to the lot, show them the flier charge them say $2.00 per car per week ($40.00/wk) if they like it. Explain to them that they wont be able to advertise 20 cars a week for that price anywhere. After making the fliers at home on your computer (costs you only paper, ink and time) he can give them to potential customers instead of just giving a card. That way the person remembers whee they saw that car they liked. Explain that if they only sell one car from the use of that flier per month, they have already re-cooped the money it cost them to advertise. Now think.... how many lots could you do this at? It wouldn't take long. A few minutes to take the pictures, after you make the 1st flier, you will always have the template and you will only have to add the photos and info (wouldn't take long) and you can print while watching your favorite tv show or while doing the laundry. If you hit 10 lots a week, thats an extra $400/wk.... $1200/mo.... $14,400/yr! Minus your paper and ink costs of course. Your still coming out with a pretty penny! Then, build them that website (free for you to build, a mere $10/mo to host.. I like hostgator.com) and charge them for that too. Use your extra money to invest into bigger projects. Many states are deregulating energy. I am embarking on a little journey, id love for you to join me. There is a company I am buying my way into where I will sell wholesale natural gas and electric and a discounted price. I would sign up households and businesses under this company for services, and I get a piece of the commission off of their bills. Everyone uses utilities right? Now imagine if you signed up as a marketer under me, and then you sign up your friend and then sign some neighbors as customers, and then you friend signs up a marketer and some customers. You would get a commission off of your customers bills, your marketers' customers' bills and so on. If that sounds interesting to you... email me, ill let ya in on it!
