Best way to get fit

Losing weight and being fit is a huge step if you do not have any motivation.
There could be billions of tips and ideas how to become a healthy person,
yet i believe they are not important but are you dedicated?

If you are listen to these steps and try to go along with them until you can
listen to your words to get fit.

Step 1: Motivation

Are you capable of pushing yourself?
Are you capable of doing whatever you can to keep
this goal?

1.In your mind, think of what you want to look like one day?
2.Make a mental picture of what you're doing this for?
3.Think of how you would lessen diseases and illness
4.Now concentrate, believe in your self.

If you can do this, you are already finish step 1.
Keep in mind, this is the most important in all aspects of life.
and its called hope.

Step 2: Cutting down

Are you able to cut down the bad food to make your self a happy person?
Are you able to see a better picture instead of a small piece of a corner of a painting.

I alway learned treat your self the way you would treat others. So vice versa if you
treat your self poorly, how would you treat others?

1. Sometime people have a large amount of stress dwelling their mind that
forces them to eat excessive to wash away the doubts. What if you could
transform all that stressinto exercising.
2. If you eat unhealthy, picture your self in 10 years from now? How would you
look if you kept on this bad habit, if all you did was eat chips, drink pop,
drink acholic and tons of fatty food. Be honest and think about it. You really
want to turn out to be an obsess person. The best method i had come up with is: no
matter how hard it is to lose weight or keep fit. Have you ever think about having
a family of your own Being a mom/dad and being unhealthy, that because of how you
treat your self, your childrenyour soul mate had to go easy on you. That you cannot
take them to a soccer game, or cannotplay catch, or ride a bike with them
3. At first cutting down the bad food by half is a very hard step, but if you believe
in your life and treat yourself, i believe the people around would take notice of your
hard work and at the end of everyday, you're would have a happy smile on your face.

If you can figure this out. you have already passed step 2.
never forget the hardship but them as a back check.

Step 3: The very beginning( This is the last step)

Now this is the hardest step to take, yet if you can, you're be a healthy
