A great reason why you should exercise

I work from home most of the time, and have to sit in front of a computer.

After a few hours of that, my mind feels very sluggish, and I start having problems doing some of the most simple tasks. I then decide, I need a break, and grab my dog, and go for a brisk walk, and the first thing I notice, after walking down my street, and breathing in fresh air, is that my brain starts generating ideas.

So, if you are looking to do some brain storming, and need to come up with ideas for yourself, your business, or your hobbies, then exercise!

Any exercise that gets your body moving and your blood pumping, and you will notice almost instantly the creative juices will start flowing.

If you sit all day, then so will your brain! and coffee is not always the answer!.. There are many factories now, that have "exercise breaks", this gets the employees moving, and gets them thinking again!

When you sit in one spot long enough, your circulation slows, and your creative thoughts and ideas are instantly affected, you may end up working all kinds of hours trying to finish a project, and think ... I don't have time for exercise, but you may be able to speed your project up, if your brain is pumping again.

If you feel, you just don't have time, to stop and take a walk, at least stretch.. touch your toes, stretch and reach for the ceiling, and move around, maybe while you are loading some programs or work, or when going for your bathroom break, do some stretches and grab a glass of water, get yourself moving and you will feel better.

Consider exercise as part of your creative process!
