The debate title, itself, clearly, answers it's own question. To discuss this subject rationally, a person must ask themselves; "What is the debate?" "Teaching", the very first word, in this question, clearly describes "the goal". The goal is to educate. What is an education? Education is exposure to thoughts, new ideas, and concepts. These exposures transcend and push us out of our own little worlds. Education is, by it's very definition, "insistent" on imposition. It is never a comfortable feeling; to leave our own familiarity's. The next two words,"the world:" the clear unilateral, all encompassing, non-discriminating, and totally inclusive description of the "who it is". Who is the target? Who will receive this "superior" education. Who gets the Ivy League training? Is it your child? This is not "just" a superior education. Take a moment, and consider yourself. Which would you rather have?; "A local doctor", performing open-heart surgery on you?; Or would you, insist upon an "expert", with superior skills, and training? Now consider brain surgery. "What's an education? - Isn't it, training minds how to think?"

This isn't even a debate. This is a statement of what someone believes. The way the "debate" is worded, anyone who wouldn't impose, would be guilty of cultural or ethnic inequalities. How dare any expert, not deliver their very best, "without cultural bias".

It is never a comfortable feeling...
