How to lose 10 pounds in a week
Okay, I have been on every crash diet available to me. I have learned that there this is a quick way to lose weight, but not necessarily to keep it off. Keeping it off will depend on what you do after you lose all of the weight that you want.
First, Cut your entire food intake in half, which is just basically enough to survive. You can eat whatever you want as long as you consume no more than 900 calories in a 24 hour period between your food and your drinks. Drink lots of water to flush out your system. Eat items that will increase your bowel movements. Things like green vegetables are good for that. Try to balance the foods that you eat.
Exercise every day for an hour. Stay mobile as much as possible starting first thing in the morning. Clean the house, paint the house, do anything other than sit around all day. If you have to work at a desk, change position frequently and make up the movement as soon as you can. The more you sit still, the more tired you become. If you stay active, your energy levels will remain high. This will boost your metabolism to a new level.
After you have put your weight where you want it, do the same thing everyday, but you can increase your food intake so that you are not starving all the time. Eating two balanced meals a day will ensure that you maintain your weight. On days when you are less active you shouldn't eat as much because you haven't done anything to burn off the calories.
I hope this helps you as much as it helped me. I worked a job where I sat on my butt all day at a computer and then I was so tired when I came home, I sat around some more. I didn't eat a lot, but what I ate wasn't healthy and I found myself about 40 pounds overweight. If it worked for me, it can work for you.
