My first impression of the Miniclip website is that it's easy to understand. Going from screen to screen presents no major challenge. The games load quickly.
The game categories are Latest games, hot games, Christmas Games (seasonal), Action Games, Sport Games, Shoot Em Up Games, Multiplayer Games, Puzzle Games, Platform Games, Retro Games, Motorsports Games, Top 10 Games, 3D, 5 minute, Brain Training, Dancing & Shows, E-Rated, Learning, Nintendo Wii, Political, Racing, Soccer and Top 100. I wish they had descriptions of the games, but I'll get over it.
It's very easy to find your desired game using the Find Games Search or Search For Games slots. I haven't seen that kind of search engine work as well elsewhere.
They have about 600 games. The games are good, simple and straightforward. The graphics are astonishingly crisp and the sound is great. Overall, the games are professionally crafted. Nothing terribly formidable as a challenge, just some interesting, quick and easy fun. Well done.
They have a Toons category as well with these categories: Latest Tunes, Hot Tunes, Looney Tunes, Hanna-Barbera, Bugs Bunny, Tazmanian Devil and Quick Draw McGraw. Ninety-six full length cartoons in all. I saw an Army ad at the beginning of one of the cartoons. Recruiting the kiddies young nowadays it seems. Bad choice for this marketing demographic, but maybe they think the old cartoons would only be watched by the old folks?
They have e-cards too. Nice touch.
This site would appeal to both hardcore and amateur gamesters.
The website has more going for it than it appears!
