Understanding the relations between Taiwan and China

Understanding the relations between Taiwan China and Mainland China, well, on this topic i think what a Chinese is thinking about should and must be taken into account. But unfortunately, the reports we have are all from the westerners. And those experts and reporters just simply keep on talking about Beijing and Taiwan, which brings the disaster that many westerners think that people in Mainland China and people in Taiwan China have different nationalities.

Therefore, the first point i want to make clear to all is that we're all Chinese, we're the descendants of the same ancestors. And today as one of the Dragon's descendants i would like to help the westerners better understand the relations between Taiwan China and mainland China

The relations between Taiwan China and mainland China, in other words, the cross-strait relations, are simply China's domestic affairs. Taiwan had been a part of China since 230 AD and was turned in to colony twice. The first time was in 1600s by Holland and was later reoccupied by ZhengChenggong. The second time was in 1895 by Japanese and Taiwan was colonized for 50 years and in 1945 the then Chinese government reoccupy Taiwan, which was admitted by the international society. Unshakable facts proving that Taiwan is a part of China can be found everywhere and are numerous. And i don't want waste time on illustrating numerous basic historic facts which can be found on the Internet.

The cross-strait relations are very simple in fact but many politicians who have ulterior motives just simply want to make it complicated or even worse. Why? Because of their dirty interests. They have to worry about their interests, for instance, if Taiwan became an SAR like Hongkong and Macao, Taiwan straight will be under China government's control. We can easily draw the conclusion that many countries and corporations have to worry about their petroleum safety, a very good example is Japan, this country is poor in resources, especially petroleum, their oil tank ships have to go though Taiwan straight. If Taiwan became an SAR like Hongkong and Macao, many arms dealers would lose one of their most important pocketbooks.
Many arms dealers from U.S sell weapons to Taiwan every year, but what if we sell weapons to the descendants of King Kamehameha? You won't be able to have the patience like us.

We're solving this problem in a very peaceful way, when we're simplifying it please do respect what we Chinese choose. Respect China's sovereignty and territorial integrity. The differences in ideology do not mean that you can do anything you want to a sovereign states, we'll do anything that is need to protect every inch of our land and protect the glory of our ancestors!
