RUNNING BACK
I find it hard to believe
You can't get up and leave
You keep sitting there and I don't know why
I'd like to think it can't be changed but we know that's a lie.
You keep coming to me and I say it's okay
I keep talking about them in a negative way
I keep coming to you and all you say is
You have to look to another day.
Well, when will that day come?
How am I supposed to know where I'm from
When I can't see where to go
But I guess you're the one that'll always know.
But I'm sick of running to you
I want to deal with this like I used to
But I can't remember all the way back then
All I remember is I'll come running back to you again.
