What's the most important thing to you?
Here is an exercise in stripping away what we think we believe to be what we think as important to reveal something else.
Just pose the question to yourself and write whatever comes into your mind.
Do not make any judgements to whether you think it is suitable or unsuitable just write it down.
When your mind goes blank and you cannot write anymore, pose the question again and write whatever comes into your mind.
If you are struggling, walk away and come back to it later.
Sometimes you may find yourself entering into a dialogue with the question. In reality, you are mealy entering a dialogue with yourself.
Here's mine. It is not too long because these things could go on forever!
