Job secuirity is a major problem in discussion these days.Some of the reasone of getting fired can be on the part of employee diue to misconduct,negligence of duty.But there can be other reasons also for getting fired .So how to find the red signal earlier taht you can take necessary steps as precaution?Here are some tips to find that red signal:

1.Your boss have a watchful eye on you-This can be a very early sign .You need to be very careful .Your decisions,actions,work will be constantly monitored in this case.Independent decision making will be impaired.

2.Your bad review or report in inspection:If there is an inspection and your report is poor or you are graded poor,then chances are that you will me extra scrutinised .

3.When your coworkers avoid you-Suddely when there is a change that you find superiors and people of same grade avoiding you,it is time to find the reason.

4.Frozen salary-This can be a red alert always.Your boss may be telling you that salary hike is frozen or basic salary reduced as annual income of company is reduced.This can tell you that the comapany may end up bankrupt one day if everything doesnot go well.

5.If you have become a scapegoat for any major error in the company-This can happen if you are in a very critical work sector as hospitals and banking.Example:If you are working in a banking sector and people get wrong reports of their bank details.This can tarnish the bank image.Itf you are a scapegoat,you will be fired.

6.If you are downgraded in postion-This can happen if any major error occurs due to your fault.Downgraded means reduced salary also.Chances are that there can be enquiry in the long run and if critical you may be fired.

7.Rumour of company mergers:If you are hearing a news that your company will be merged with another company,You need to be on watch.The new company may sometimes need to do a rehiring.So you may or may not get a job.

8.If your office is moved to a place with very low facilities-If there is a sudden shift of your office to a place with very less facilities,understand that the the company has some financial difficulty.

9.If your boss says "from tommorrow you will not be handling the duty you were doing."-BE ON ALERT.

10.If your boss is unhappy and denies the leave application you gave.
