Happy employee is a prolific employee. They will be more productive and cooperative. To keep an employee always happy, let's see 10 fascinating ways:

1. Celebrate Success: Celebrate each employee success. When any employee completes his project successfully and on time, its time to celebrate. This will keep an employee happy and highly provoked.

2. Motivate Employees: Motivate the employees by appreciating them, giving rewards in terms of gift checks or appreciation email. Employee feels special and pleased.

3. Participation by line workers: Allow line workers or subordinated to participate in hiring, taking an interview, training a fresher and scheduling.
