How to work towards manifesting your dreams

This is the day to begin. Begin what? Living your dream daily! That's right. No excuses. Can you do that for the rest of the day? Can you truly let go of the messages you allow to circulate in your head that are holding you back from the health, wealth, career, relationships and success you desire?

Here are some examples of excuses we use daily to get away with avoiding our deepest dreams.

1. The television, a mindless, energy less activity that allows you to be a vegetable, and while it is nice to relax, think about how much time you let yourself watch TV. Is in an hour a day, or four to five? If a person watches just one hour of TV a day, for one year, that is 365 hours of watching TV! This equals out to 15 days of your time that could be spent on a dream project. And truth be told, how many of us really only watch an hour of TV a day? Let's look at the equation again, say you average 2.5 hours of TV, between the morning news, sneaking in some Oprah or evening news while making dinner, and then the time you unwind after dinner. 2.5 hours of TV x 365 days equals 38 days of watching the TV per year! That is 5 weeks of watching TV, with no bathroom breaks included.

2. "I don't have the money to make my dreams come true." Well, what are you doing with those extra 5 weeks of the year that you spend watching TV? People believe this excuse have got to understand that nothing is free! If it is free, it is probably cheap and will need replaced very soon. The first step in overcoming this excuse is to get your finances on a budget, see where you can squeeze a few dollars here and there to start a dream project fund. How many times to you buy a cup of coffee or pick up dinner to bring home? It adds up quickly!

The second step is research; find out just how much money you will need to achieve your goal and how little you need to get started. The third step is the tough one, you've got to figure out how to come up with the money for your dream to become reality and take action in getting that income.

3. Another common excuse is the purpose of this month's tidbits of success article. "I don't' have the time to pursue my dreams." Phooey! Reread the first two excuses and then read the following carefully. Your Time is Priceless! Which of the following situations would you rather pursue?

A. You spend 40 hours a week working for someone else at hours they set and at a wage they create for you. You then spend your evening on activities that are for other people or vegetating in
