2 TBS. butter or margarine
2 TBS. milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 TBS. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 bag of chocolate chips
shortening
1. In a medium mixing bowl blend the confectioner's sugar, butter, milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla until well blended. Add peanut butter-blend well.
2. Roll into balls- the smaller the balls the more you will end of with-the larger the balls the less you will have. Place on lined cookie sheets and chill for 1 hour.
3. Melt 1 TBS of shortening with 1 cup chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl just until melted. About 1 minute on high. Stir and drizzle over the peanut butter balls. There is no need to cover completely. Chill to harden then place in a container with a tight lid to keep them fresh.
