Things that keep CEOs awake at night

CEO's earning's are out of control, I want to understand what makes a company think a CEO is worth so much more than the guy involved in building and shipping the product. This person spends 8 to 10 hours a day on his feetsometimes risking his health to help build a company that where I work pays him 8 to 11 dollars an hour. At these wages an employee has to work one week a month to pay for utilities, one week to pay for health insurance, car insurance and rent or house payment, plus home insurance, this leaves half of the paycheck to pay for transportation, groceries, household items, kids lunch bills, and all b-days and holiday's. Meanwhile the CEO's have a hard time spending all their income. Who is the person that decided that that they were worth so much that the little guy can only be paid pennies and have to live paycheck to paycheck with no hope of getting ahead. It seems they have created a crisis where they have to paid much more than their worth when theres no crisis at all. CEO's just need to do their job well and be paid well just like everyone else. CEO's wages will break this country in the long run . they are starving out the little guy who can't afford to buy things at stores because their just trying to survive. When the stores quit ordering products because the credit cards are maxed and people's income won't allow them to buy the economy will crash and the CEO's have the means to go to another country and start over, leaving the U.S. in a crisis.
