I awake and He springs to mind
He longs to be my strength and my security.
He longs to be my comforter and my guide.

He is patient and He is understanding.
He is compassionate and full of love.
He is tender, yet His strength is unending.
His love surrounds me.
His faithfulness abounds.

He listens to me in the night.
He calms me when I despair.
He encourages me when I am faithful.
He rewards me with His love.
He graces me with His presence and He yearns for my adoration.

I, haltingly, offer to serve Him.
His eyes alight with joy.

He promises me courage and strength.
I fall to my knees.

He offers me fulfillment and joy.
I tremble and cry before Him.

He offers me hardship and temptation.
I cry-"My Lord".

He offers me His love and He offers me peace.
I shaken, clasp my hands before Him.

He promises companionship forever.
My eyes overflow.

He touches me...
and I prostrate before Him.

He offers me His Kingdom
and I whisper-"My God"...
